The Slots have now all been allocated

Father Christmas will be in Bell Court after the Christmas Lights are switched on and it is possible to book a free ticket to meet him below.

Each ticket admits up to 6 family members and 1 booking is permitted per family.

The time slot is the time from which you may join the queue – there are 15 families per 30 minute period and families will be seen in queue order. You may not join the queue before your allocated time and tickets will be checked on arrival

We reserve the right to cancel tickets if we suspect that someone has booked more than one ticket. If you have extended family who want to book a ticket as well this is fine but they will need to book in their own name. It will only be possible for up to 6 people to meet Father Christmas at any one time.

This is a free event which requires a ticket.

There is no cash equivalent and if you cannot attend we ask that you let us know by email on magicalleystratford@gmail.com to allow another family to take advantage of the slot
